Position:Kitchen Manager, Sushi Restaurant We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedrestaurant manager for our sushi restaurant located in Midtown, with a focus on excellence in both in-house and third-party delivery (3PD) operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a proven track record in restaurant management, system development, and NROs. As we continue to grow and expand our brand, this role presents a unique opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of our restaurant and driving success in an exciting, high-demand market. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in restaurant management with strong financial and operational skills. Strong background in creating and implementing SOPs for both FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistency and excellence in service. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to build and optimize systems, from inventory management to operational workflows, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience in restaurant build-outs, including designing systems, establishing processes, and overseeing all stages of opening a new location. An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for taking ownership of the restaurant's success and creating a brand that reflects quality, innovation, and hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A deep passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in both food and service. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency. Develop, document, and implement comprehensive SOPs for all FOH and BOH operations. Ensure that systems are in place for inventory management, staff performance, and food quality. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture. Manage and optimize third-party delivery systems (3PD), ensuring efficient and high-quality service for take-out customers. Monitor performance on delivery platforms and strategize for growth. Ensure the highest standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. Work with the marketing team to drive awareness and brand positioning, particularly focusing on both in-house and delivery customers.
